Roberta believes that, "Learning is very important and to have a teacher that wants to motivate and encourage students is going to effect whether or not the student excels. The greatest feeling is to know that a student wants my help when they are struggling and to know that I can assist them. I encourage the students to challenge themselves and it is amazing to see the look in their eyes when they succeed.

"Being able to be a part of student lives and making a difference is giving me confidence to continue to make dreams come true. I was inspired by other teachers and I believe that I am going to inspire my students to be successful."
